Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, mobile number and delivery address — used solely to fulfil and support that order. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for core functionality (cart, session), analytics, and advertising. This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Which advertising partners we use

Advertising on this site is served through Google Ad Manager and, where enabled, Google AdSense. We do not pass your name, email, mobile number or delivery address to any advertising partner. Our authorised sellers are published at /ads.txt, which is the file Google uses to confirm that inventory sold under this domain is genuinely ours.

Third parties

We never sell your personal data. Order data is shared only with delivery partners to the extent needed to deliver your order. Advertising partners receive only the standard signals described above.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are retained as required for accounting. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the contact page.

How long we keep information

Order records — including the delivery address needed to fulfil them — are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and then deleted. Contact-form messages are kept only while the query is open and for a short period afterwards in case you follow up. Anonymous usage statistics are aggregated and are not tied back to an individual once collected.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted, and payment details are never handled by us at all — orders are Cash on Delivery, so no card or bank credentials are collected or stored on this site at any point.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Grievance contact

If you have a complaint about how your data has been handled, write to us through the contact page with "Privacy" in the subject. We acknowledge such messages within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
