What to include so we can help faster
Most of the delay in answering a message comes from having to write back and ask for one missing detail. If you tell us these up front, we can usually resolve it in a single reply:
- Order questions — the Order ID (it starts with
ORD-) and the mobile number you entered at checkout. Those two together are what lets us look the order up; we cannot find it from a name or email alone. - A wrong specification — the product page link and which line looks wrong. Our specifications are compiled from public sources, so genuine errors do happen and we would rather fix them.
- A rate on the comparison table — a link to the lender's own page showing the current rate. Bank rates change without notice and we update the table from the source, not from screenshots.
- Something broken on the site — the page address, and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
Questions we are asked often
Do you approve loans or EMI applications?
No. We are not a lender, a broker or a financial advisor. Every EMI figure on this site is an illustration calculated at a fixed indicative rate. The actual rate, tenure, processing fee and whether you are approved at all are decided entirely by the bank or NBFC you apply to.
Why does the EMI shown differ from what my bank quotes?
Ours is a flat illustration at 15% p.a. over 24 months. A lender prices your specific application using your credit history, income and their own current offers, so a real quote will nearly always differ.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Yes, within the conditions set out on the shipping and returns page — cancellation is free before dispatch, and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the listing.
How do you make money?
Through advertising shown alongside our content, and through Cash-on-Delivery orders placed on the site. Anything paid for is labelled "Sponsored". Advertising never determines which products we list or how their specifications are described.
